CAPACITÀ D’INNOVAZIONE, CLIMA ORGANIZZATIVO E DISTANZA CULTURALE: UN’ANALISI ESPLORATIVA NEL CONTESTO DELL’INDUSTRIA FARMACEUTICA
Abstract
The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between the innovation capacity and organizational climate in cross-cultural perspective. Starting to review of the literature on innovation capacity and R&D investments, culture and organization climate, and cultural distance and cluster, we have used the rank compiled by IRI with JRC and Great Place to Work to create a database in which 28 firms is analyzed. The study is applied on the pharmaceuticals industry.
