Abstract

In light of the numerous legislative measures that, over time, have affected the banking sector with obvious implications on the relationship with the firms, this paper intends to propose some reflections on the connection between banks and family businesses.
This type of firms, preferring the bank borrowing, cannot ignore new ways of dialogue to establish with banking system, which give an increasingly weight to intangible asset.
Therefore this paper aims to highlight what are the family asset and how these have to be communicated to strengthen the relationship with the bank.
