Risk management e strategie di global sourcing
Abstract
Global sourcing strategy constitutes a valid development opportunity for businesses. Besides potential advantages, not only in terms of costs saving, businesses have to face organizational and managerial innovation, taking into account the different systems of cultures and values with which they have to deal with. However, risks from global sourcing are usually high and they can often jeopardize expected results. In this perspective, the paper aims to emphasize the importance of a clear risk management approach, which underpins planning and management of global sourcing strategies.
